Yuttitham Legal Counsel
Yuttitham was established in Bangkok by a small group of lawyers who had spent years working within Thailand's social security system — first as advisers to government pension offices, then as independent advocates for individuals whose cases had become complicated or unresolved.
What they found, again and again, was that people did not lack determination; they lacked clarity. Pension procedures in Thailand can feel opaque from the outside, and the gap between what a person is entitled to and what they actually receive is often simply a matter of knowing the right steps and presenting a case with the right care.
Yuttitham was built to close that gap. The name itself — a Thai word relating to justice — reflects the founding belief that access to what is rightfully yours should not depend on having the confidence or connections to navigate a system alone.
Since opening our office on Thanon Sathon Nuea, we have worked with clients at every stage of the pension journey: those who simply want to understand their entitlements, those who need someone to stand alongside them at formal hearings, and those who are caught in a disagreement they would prefer to resolve quietly.
