These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Yuttitham's legal services and website. By engaging our services or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By submitting an enquiry, signing an Engagement Agreement, or using this website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

Yuttitham provides legal counsel focused exclusively on pension protection matters in Thailand. Our three services are described in detail on our Solutions page. All services are provided in accordance with the professional standards of the Thai Bar Association and applicable Thai law.

Service availability is subject to our current capacity and to the eligibility of your matter for the service requested. We reserve the right to decline an engagement where we determine it falls outside our scope or where we have a conflict of interest.

4. Engagement Process

  1. You submit an enquiry via our contact form or by telephone.
  2. We conduct an initial assessment and advise on the most appropriate service.
  3. If you wish to proceed, we issue a written Engagement Agreement specifying scope, fee, and estimated timeline.
  4. Work commences upon your signed acceptance of the Engagement Agreement.
  5. No binding commitment exists between you and Yuttitham until the Engagement Agreement is signed by both parties.

Fees for each service are fixed and stated in the Engagement Agreement. Current fees as listed on our website are:

Payment is due upon signing of the Engagement Agreement unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash payment at our Bangkok office. Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) inclusive of applicable taxes.

If a case develops beyond the agreed scope, we will discuss any additional charges with you in writing before proceeding. No additional fees will be incurred without your prior written consent.

Pension Eligibility Review

The findings of an Eligibility Review constitute a professional assessment of your situation based on the documents provided. They do not constitute a formal legal determination by any government authority and do not commit Yuttitham to any specific outcome.

Representation Before Pension Authorities

Yuttitham will represent you diligently and prepare your case with care. However, we cannot and do not predict or control the decisions of pension authorities, and the outcome of any hearing is not within our determination.

Dispute Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary process and depends on the agreement and cooperation of all parties. We cannot compel any party to reach an agreement, and the outcome of mediation is not within our control.

9. Confidentiality

All information you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with our professional obligations. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law or regulation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, structure, and design — is the property of Yuttitham. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without our prior written permission. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view this website for personal and informational purposes is granted to users.

Our services are provided based on the information you share with us and the applicable law at the time of engagement. We do not provide advice about matters outside our stated scope. The content of this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice specific to your situation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Yuttitham's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in connection with which the claim arises. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

You agree to indemnify Yuttitham from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your unlawful use of our services or website.

Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice. Yuttitham reserves the right to terminate where a client breaches these Terms, where a conflict of interest arises, or where continued engagement would place us in breach of professional obligations. In all cases of termination, fees for work completed will apply as set out in Section 7.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. We encourage informal resolution in the first instance and will engage in good faith to resolve any dispute before formal proceedings are commenced.
